All Studio M reservations require a minimum booking of four hours.
Setup & Cleanup Time
Your reserved time must include all setup and cleanup. Please book enough time for your complete event.
Maximum Capacity
Studio M accommodates a maximum of 75 guests.

Here are answers to some of the most common questions about renting Studio M.
How much does it cost to rent Studio M?
Studio M is $100 per hour with a
four-hour minimum. The minimum
rental total is $400.
How many guests can Studio M accommodate?
Studio M accommodates up to 75 guests.
The renter is responsible for making
sure the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes. Tables and chairs are included
with your Studio M rental.
Does my rental time include setup and cleanup?
Yes. All setup and cleanup must take
place during your reserved rental time.
When choosing the number of hours,
make sure you allow enough time before
and after your event.
What types of events can I host?
Studio M can accommodate baby showers,
birthdays, repasts, meetings, workshops,
training sessions, pop-ups, vendor events,
church gatherings and other approved events.
Can I decorate the space?
Yes. Decorations are welcome, but glitter,
confetti, nails, screws and permanent wall
fixtures are not permitted. Decorations
must be removed during your reserved time.
Can I bring food?
Yes. Food may be brought into the space.
Studio M also includes access to a
kitchenette for your event.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is subject to Studio M's event
policies. Wine may be permitted, while
liquor and events involving heavier
alcohol use may be restricted. Please
contact us before booking if alcohol
will be served.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside
Studio M.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available for Studio M
guests.
Does Studio M have Wi-Fi and speakers?
Yes. Wi-Fi, speakers and TVs are available
as part of the space.
Can Studio M make signs or a backdrop for my event?
Yes. Custom welcome signs, backdrops,
banners, directional signage, table signs,
apparel and other printed event materials
can be added to your event for an
additional cost.
Do I need to provide identification?
Yes. The person renting Studio M must
provide a valid government-issued photo ID
and is responsible for the event and guests.
How do I book more than four hours?
When booking, use the quantity to select
the total number of hours you need.
For example, Quantity 6 reserves six hours
for a total rental price of $600.
